Permits depend on where you live
The valley has several building jurisdictions: the cities of Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas and Boulder City, plus Clark County for unincorporated areas. If your project needs a permit, it comes from your jurisdiction. Your contractor should know which one and handle the application.
Outside the valley?
Pahrump and Nye County are outside this site's focus.
